Dead Sea salts are obtained from the hypersaline Dead Sea, which is located at the lowest point on Earth. This unique body of water has an extremely high concentration of minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium chloride, and bromides. Ordinary seawater contains mostly sodium chloride (regular table salt), whereas the Dead Sea contains a richer mixture of naturally occurring nutrients, making its salts highly therapeutic.
How It Works: Pour from 1/2 cup to two cups under running hot water and soak for 20 minutes. Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.
Please note: Pregnant and nursing mothers, people with heart conditions, and those under a physician's care should seek their physician's advice prior to using Dead Sea salt soaking salts.
